Soul Embodied Services
My approach is psycho-spiritual, grounded in lived experience and many years of esoteric study. I integrate shadow work, archetypes, astrology, and hermetic and alchemical principles across my services to support real understanding and meaningful change.
While I focus on the spiritual dimensions of the psyche, including extrasensory sensitivity, this approach is about coming to know yourself more deeply and recognising your true potential. It moves the work beyond surface-level spirituality that can keep you going in circles without real transformation. Instead, the focus is on deeper awareness, embodiment, and integration. Through working in this way, your soul gifts begin to emerge naturally and abundantly from within.
Astrology
The planetary alignments at the moment of your birth hold great insight into who you are beyond just the physical. They include your soul’s potential, the challenges you may face, the people you may encounter, and even your level of psychic sensitivity. In these readings, we look beneath the surface to bring clarity to what has always been present within you but may not have been fully recognised. Understanding these aspects helps anchor a deeper sense of who you are within yourself, so you can move through life in alignment with your soul’s plan.
Coaching
Many people with strong psychic abilities move through life with heightened sensitivity. This can lead to overwhelm, people pleasing, and difficulty knowing where you end and another begins. It can also attract those who take advantage of this openness. Over time, many suppress themselves and begin questioning their own perception. Added to this is ancestral coding carried through the lineage. This work supports you in becoming the cycle breaker, releasing personal and inherited programming and returning to who you truly are at core.
Courses
These courses offer a space to deepen your practice and understanding of extrasensory perception, and the awakening process. They are designed for those ready to take what they sense and begin working with it consciously. However, developing these abilities alone is not enough. It is equally important to build the wisdom, discernment, and grounding that allow them to unfold in a healthy and integrated way. For this reason, past courses have also explored topics such as navigating predatory personalities, understanding the stages of the awakening process, working with suppressed emotions like anger, regulating the nervous system, psychic defence, and ancestral healing.

Some people see more than others. And for that reason, they have often been misunderstood or even exiled.
There is often a deep loneliness that comes with being this way. Many have felt different from a young age, aware of things they could not easily explain.
Even though it may have been as clear to them as the nose on their faces what they were seeing or feeling, others could not or would not see it. Over time this can lead to self doubt and questioning your own perception.
In an attempt to belong and feel connection, it may have seemed easier to hide this perception, swallow the truth, keep small, or dim your inner light just to feel accepted and avoid being seen as the crazy or problematic one.
But suppressing what you perceive does not make it disappear. It only creates more confusion about who you are and what you know.
My purpose is to help you make sense of what you are experiencing so you can begin to trust it rather than dismiss it as imagination. I assist in the unfoldment of your intuition and discernment, helping you develop and embody these abilities in a grounded and conscious way.
You are supported to trust your own perception and inner voice. From this place, your consciousness expands and your connection with the divinity within deepens.
