I was born sensitive and intuitive, but I grew up in a very religious Irish family where that part of me had no real place to be acknowledged or understood.

I could sense another world from an early age, and I learned quickly to push it down. I felt deep shame that I did not experience life in the same way as those around me, so I tried very hard to be normal and failed miserably.

​

Then I had a near death experience and my extrasensory abilities came back with a bang.

​

There was no putting them back in the box after that.

​

For years, I thought the problem was me. I looked outside myself for answers, questioned what I sensed and tried to make myself fit into a life that no longer made sense.

​

Eventually, I realised something much older was happening too.

​

I had become the cycle breaker in my ancestral line: the one willing to see what others had feared might expose the secrets the family had spent generations trying to bury.

​

That changed everything.

Today, I trust what I sense, and I use what I have learned to help others understand and unfold the gifts that were always within them too.
