Caroline Tobin endeavours to offer a high level of integrity and accuracy in her readings and in the interpretation of the spiritual messages she receives from your loved ones and/or her Spiritual Guides. However, please understand that YOU and YOU alone are responsible for creating your life path, future and destiny. As part of your soul’s contract you have freewill to make your own choices and those decisions will influence what is manifested within your life; therefore any information or claims given within the reading cannot be guaranteed.
You confirm that you are over the age of 18 and are not aware of any medical condition or psychiatric condition which might affect the interpretation of your reading with me.
You also confirm that you understand that all readings and services are for educational, spiritual, inspirational and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to, nor should it ever, take the place of any medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice.
All information discussed within any services is private and confidential.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refund policy of Individual Sessions
All one to one sessions are payable in advance
If it becomes clear within the first ten minutes of any reading that a satisfactory communication has not been established, then I or the person receiving the reading may terminate the reading and your fee will be refunded. After this point you are agreeing that you are satisfied with the information and that you consent to its continuation.
If you cancel a 1-2-1 session within 24 hours of your appointment, then
no refund will be given.
If you cancel a 1-2-1 session between 24 hours and 48 hours of your appointment, then 50% of your payment is refunded.
If you cancel a 1-2-1 session outside of 48 hours of your appointment, then a full refund will be given.
All one to one sessions are payable in advance
Refund policy of Workshops, Courses and Events
All courses/workshops/events are payable in advance. Where an agreed deposit is accepted, the balance must be paid at least four weeks prior to commencement of the course/workshop/event to secure your place.
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel a workshop booking up to 48 hours before the start of the workshop - 100% of fee still applies
- If you cancel a workshop booking up to 7 days before the start of the workshop - 75% of fee still applies
- If you cancel a workshop booking up to 2 weeks before the start of the workshop - 50% of fee still applies
Caroline has the right to cancel any event, workshop or course for valid reasons. If this should occur, you will be offered the option of re-scheduling or a full refund.
All participants for any courses/workshops/events/readings must be over the age of 18 and are responsible for ensuring their own wellbeing both physically and psychologically before participating.
Any referrals and/or links to other websites from Caroline Tobin's website are purely from her own personal recommendation. However, Caroline Tobin does not accept responsibility for services from third parties.
